As a school we strive to ensure the best education for your child built on a foundation of good communication between home and school.
Occasionally parents and carers may have concerns about the school and its practices.
In these instances we ask for parents and carers to speak directly to class teachers to come to a solution that is best for your child. Sometimes a solution is not always possible immediately and you may wish to direct your concern to the Key Stage Leader or further to the Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher.
The School's Complaints Policy (brief guide) is below, as are the Formal Complaints forms for Stages 1 / 2 and also for Stage 3. A copy of the full Complaints Policy is available from the School Office on request.
The document 'Responding to concerns about Surrey Council Schools - guidance for parents, carers and the general public', gives guidance about the school's procedures for reporting such a concern to the school, including the timelines within which the school will operate.
It also has information about reporting your concern to the school's Governing Body (stage 3) should a resolution not be reached or you have a concern about the school's Headteacher.
